Learn to love the body you have


Are you waiting till you see this woman in the mirror before you start to love the body you have?

Learning to love our bodies, is a journey.  It doesn't happen overnight, but it can happen... if you make the decision conscious decision to do so.


Before you start giving me a list of the reasons why you can't love what you have, know that you are NOT ALONE!  So many women, no matter what size, shape or age they are, feel the same way.  Changing how you feel about your body starts with changing the way you THINK about it.


Here are a few pointers to get you started:


1. Shift your focus: The next time you look in the mirror, instead of only focusing on the parts you don't like, shift your focus to at least one thing you do.

2. Learn to dress for your body shape.  I have seen women's body image shift so dramatically when they see themselves in clothing that actually works for them.

3. Embrace the process: Know that it is a process and have fun discovering that gorgeous, fabulous you.


This is your year girls. Don't let anything stop you.
